We are a group of elderly people, some with disabilities, who are capable of climbing the steps of a bus albeit with help. We have used Carriageways on a number of occasions and have always been very satisfied with the service given. Buses have always been clean, drivers smart, prompt, and willing to oblige with small route changes when required. We have found them helpful in storing wheelchairs and walkers and other equipment in the luggage area and helpful to passengers getting on or off the bus. We would recommend the use of this very friendly and efficient family company to others.
